Is the 2019 Nissan NV Cargo a good car?

The market verdict for this model year is moderate, which points to a balanced shopping case rather than an obvious yes-or-no answer. For you, that means the best choice depends on how well a specific van fits your needs, condition standards, and budget.

With 27.0% of listings marked as good or great deals, there is still some room to find attractive pricing if you shop carefully.

What should I look for when buying a used 2019 Nissan NV Cargo?

At 62.5% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report so you can separate clean examples from vans with prior damage or repeated ownership issues. After that, prioritize a thorough inspection of body condition, cargo-area wear, and signs of hard commercial use, since those details can matter more than mileage alone. Focus on the specific listing’s maintenance history and overall condition rather than assuming all examples have been used the same way.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Nissan NV Cargo?

This is a selective buyer’s market, so you have enough inventory and deal potential to shop patiently without rushing.

• Deal availability: 27.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 267 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.03% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 62.5% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $16,807, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Nissan NV Cargo's resale value?

The current average of $16,807 sits slightly below last year's $18,891.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled, which can help you buy more efficiently today. If you plan to resell later, the softer current pricing may limit near-term upside unless you buy a particularly clean, well-kept example. For a future seller, condition and documentation should matter even more because buyers will likely compare your van against a fairly active used market.

Should I buy a 2019 Nissan NV Cargo or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 27.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 62.5% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.03% compared with last year.

The bottom line: If you want a year with a softer price trend and enough listings to compare, the 2019 is a reasonable place to focus your search. If you're especially price-sensitive, keep an eye on the lower end of the range and be ready to move quickly on a clean, well-documented van that checks your boxes.
