How much does the 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLC cost?

Is the 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLC a good car?

Yes — the 4.75/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its powerful performance, smooth driving experience, and comfortable interior, and many also appreciate the handling and premium feel you expect from Mercedes. For you, that makes it a compelling choice if you want a compact luxury SUV that emphasizes comfort, refinement, and everyday practicality. With 38.0% of listings marked as good or great deals, there is also a meaningful amount of market opportunity.

Is the 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLC reliable?

Owners rate it 4.75/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback highlights a dependable-feeling driving experience, with praise for the smooth ride and quality that helps it feel reassuring over time. At the same time, the model has a mixed reputation, so you should expect ownership risk to depend heavily on maintenance history and how carefully a used example was kept.

What should I look for when buying a used 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLC?

At 68.7% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report and confirm whether any prior damage was repaired properly. A pre-purchase inspection should focus on suspension, electrical systems, and overall cabin condition, since those are the kinds of areas that can matter most on a used luxury SUV. Pay close attention to how the vehicle drives, how the electronics operate, and whether the maintenance record is complete.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLC?

This is a moderate market, so you can be selective without expecting every listing to be a bargain.

• Deal availability: 38.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,715 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.43% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 68.7% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $19,236, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLC's resale value?

The current average of $19,237 sits slightly below last year's $21,477.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy at a more favorable entry point. For a future seller, it also means resale value may depend more on condition, mileage, and documentation than on broad market momentum. Well-kept examples should still attract interest, but you should expect buyers to be selective.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.75/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLC or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 38.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 68.7% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.43% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.75/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2020 if:

• At $22,666, the 2020 costs more than the current year's $19,237 average.
• It adds a broader technology-and-safety focus with a more polished all-around package.

The bottom line: If you want the better value play, the 2019 is the stronger starting point because pricing has eased and inventory is healthy. If you are willing to pay more for a newer model year and a more updated overall package, the 2020 is the better secondary path.
