Used 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLA for Sale near New Jersey

How much does the 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLA cost?

Prices have softened 15.69% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 688 listings available, which gives you a meaningful pool to compare prices and condition.

Is the 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLA a good car?

Yes — the 4.62/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction. Drivers consistently praise its smooth ride, compact size, performance, and car-like handling, and the model’s stylish interior also comes through in the feedback. That lines up well with the overview: you’re looking at a small luxury crossover that prioritizes style and drivability, especially if you want a premium badge in a compact package. With 36.2% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have a decent chance of finding a competitive offer.

Is the 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLA reliable?

Owners rate it 4.62/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The review summary also points to a dependable ownership experience in the sense that drivers repeatedly mention smooth operation, enjoyable performance, and a car they’re happy to live with over time. That said, some owners did note limited space and a few missing premium touches, so your long-term satisfaction may depend on whether the vehicle’s compact layout fits your needs. For used buyers, the main ownership risk is buying a well-kept example that still feels too cramped or under-equipped for your daily use.

What should I look for when buying a used 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLA?

At 60.9% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report so you can separate clean examples from cars with prior damage. After that, prioritize a thorough pre-purchase inspection, especially if you’re considering a lower-priced listing that may have been repaired. Focus on overall condition, interior wear, and whether the car still feels tight and well-kept, since the model’s appeal depends heavily on how polished it feels in daily use.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLA?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find value if you compare listings closely.

• Deal availability: 36.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 688 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 15.69% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 60.9% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $15,981, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLA's resale value?

The current average of $15,993 sits slightly below last year's $18,970.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can make the model more approachable for you as a buyer but may also limit upside if you’re planning to resell soon. If you buy at the right price and keep the vehicle in strong condition, you can help protect your future value. The compact luxury crossover format still has appeal, but resale will depend heavily on how well the car presents and how competitively you bought it.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.62/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLA or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 36.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 60.9% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 15.69% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.62/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want the best balance of price, owner satisfaction, and a modern-feeling compact luxury crossover, the 2019 is the primary path to consider. If you’re especially price-sensitive, you can also compare nearby years to see whether a lower-mileage or better-kept example offers a stronger overall value for your budget.
