2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid SEL FWD for Sale Nationwide

So basically an associate from this dealership tried to justify low-balling me on my trade in by adamantly telling me my car has an accident reported. Wtf? He must have been the one who met in the accident. Not only that, over $6000 in hidden dealer fees. I drove 4 hours to come see this car. I can't begin to tell you how disgusted I am by these people! I'm sickened. The online price is pure fiction! Do not waste your time! These guys are clowns. Read the fine print CAREFULLY

Made an appointment. Drove the car. Josh was outgoing, friendly, and funny. Amir was helpful. We went thru the paperwork pretty quick. The car was cleaned and gassed up when I arrived. They even waited for me (it was a fiasco at my bank) Overall I was pleased. My only tip for the salesmen would be...don't assume....they gravitated to my son when we arrived.

Low initial price, but unprofessional and deceptive. Refused to apply the two rebates / incentives my dtr was eligible for saying the CRV had already been discounted. The INCENTIVES WERE FROM HONDA, not the dealership! Then they were evasive about financing....and we have excellent credit. This place is why car dealers have a bad reputation.

The staff at this small used car dealer facilitated a good experience for me, v which resulted in a purchase. Bobby, the sales person, was relaxed and helpful. The GM was straightforward and honest and the financial guy we prepared and efficient. I appreciated being able to take an extended test drive to better experience the vehicle and to do an independent mechanical inspection.

When told I would purchase outright cost when up

Vehicle was not described correctly in ad. Salesperson did not know anything about the vehicle or much about the entire operation

Test drove a truck listed at $2,995 with a history of $1,495 and $2,750. The tag on the vehicle $3,100. When they left us setting in the showroom for 30 minutes to work up the pricing they came back with a $8,700 out the door for a 20 year old vehicles. $5,000 taxes and fees. Never seen a dealer operate this way. My new car didn't have as much add on costs.

Best experience to get a car no hassle and so quick. Juan and Alex who work there are great people they make the experience so effortless. I definitely would buy a car from EchoPark again. You are in and out real quick they answer all questions and are super nice.

I talked to a guy on the phone to make sure the car was there before I wasted my time, he sounded like a robot, felt like I could not trust them, they would not work with my bank. They seemed to only be interested in getting my loan, not selling me a car.

Drove a decent distance and the truck ended up having a decent amount of paint scuffs, almost 2000 miles over listed. “It is what it is” was the response I received when I mentioned these things. Wouldn’t recommend.

I am located 300 miles south so a test drive was out. Pictures looked good but I have never driven a Nissan and need to test drive one to make sure I like it before committing. Otherwise looks like a good deal.
