Yes — owners rate it 5/5, which points to very strong overall satisfaction. Is the 2019 Audi RS 5 Sportback reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The review summary emphasizes that owners value the car’s performance and practicality, and the positive feedback around comfort and interior quality suggests a vehicle that can feel rewarding over time. That kind of owner confidence often lines up with dependable day-to-day use and a car you can count on for the long haul. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is making sure a performance car has been maintained carefully and hasn’t been neglected between services.

What should I look for when buying a used 2019 Audi RS 5 Sportback?

At 73.3% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should run a vehicle history report on every candidate and pay close attention to any prior collision records, title issues, or repeated ownership changes. A pre-purchase inspection should focus on bodywork quality, panel alignment, tire wear, and signs of uneven repair work. Because this is a performance-oriented model, you should also prioritize overall condition and maintenance consistency over mileage alone.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2019 Audi RS 5 Sportback?

This is a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile opportunities.

• Deal availability: 35.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 60 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.85% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 73.3% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $40,334, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2019 Audi RS 5 Sportback's resale value?

The current average of $40,628 sits slightly below last year's $45,575.

That softer pricing can help you buy at a more favorable entry point, but it also means future resale gains may be more limited if the market stays soft. If you plan to sell later, condition and documentation will matter more because buyers will compare your car against a market that already reflects lower prices. Strong maintenance records and clean history should help you protect value better than mileage alone.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2019 Audi RS 5 Sportback or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 35.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 73.3% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.85% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want the strongest mix of owner satisfaction, current pricing, and available inventory, the 2019 is a solid primary choice. If you’re especially price-sensitive, you should compare it against nearby years and focus on whichever one gives you the cleanest history and best documented condition at the lowest total cost.
