Great salesman; took too long to sign the contract (not enough finance personnel)

Very responsive. Follow up well. I didn’t make It out to the dealership but it seemed very promising.

Communication was very poor. First time I talk to a sales person which was discussed to do a video. Next day the sales person didn't know what I had agreed with her. Too much pass the buck. Also truck was sold before I could even get a loan approval.

This dealership never answered my question after multiple emails. They kept sending email after email asking if I had any questions??.

Matt was very helpful and he did the paper really fast even tho my credit wasn't so good. Everything went smooth

The sales person was ready to assist me and had the car parked just outside the showroom. The test drive went great because he led me around a circuit in a different car so I could feel more comfortable driving in a strange area. The total experience was top rate.

I received quick and thorough responses from the dealer. Unfortunately, the vehicle in question did not have some of the options that were "must haves" for purchase consideration.

Dealer called me, i agreed to the price, sent my information to them. then they called me back and said they have a customer that's going to Pay $37,997, $4,000 more than it's advertised, wow. Never in all my years of buying a car have i ever experienced this. BUYER BEWARE

I was looking at a truck on cargurus, sold it the night before and never called me to tell it it sold, drove 30 miles to look at for no reason.

good initial contact but after talking to the Manager and the financing department there was a lot of contradicting information as far as the price, financing and terms for down payment dates etc.... Not a 100% good experience.

Bought the car still waiting fir the tithe to be delivered to dealership dealership has yet to contact our insurance company do we can’t pick up the car They leave us parked on hold hoping we just go away!!

Shady dealer....DO NOT BUY from them! 75% of their inventory, they have no pics for! When I asked about a particular Accord Sport, I was told the reason there are no pics was because they just received it and are detailing it. The car has been in their inventory for 52 days! Also told me that in addition to the price, I have to pay $1000 extra for their anti theft system. They refuse to sell me the car without it. Such shadiness!

Nice people there but they put misleading pictures up. Truck in person looks terrible compared to the pictures. Its has all little scratches all over, the vinyl wrap covering all the chrome trim is peeling off besides the terrible job of it being installed, wheels were gross and had curb rash and scratches. For the money they are asking its a joke. Im really mad i was mislead and drove 1.5 hrs including 30$ in tolls to see this
