Very professional, courteous and trustworthy. We lived far away, so had to conduct our business on Zoom. Mason showed us the flaws, was very attentive, and guided us through a flawless purchase process. I'd drive from NJ to VA to deal with these people again. My only complaint is that the place is a tiny bit hard to find.

Contacted right away good company and staff.

Went to test drive a vehicle. Set up the appointment days in advance. When I got into the car the check engine light was on as well as the navigation wasn’t working. They said they were aware there were some problems and had an appointment with Chevy. I drove 45 minutes each way. Total waste of time. Very disappointed and won’t be back.

It was a typical used car dealership I traveled 2 hrs to get there and the girl I spoke to was not there when I got there and I was already tired but the other guys took care of the deal so I didn’t care about it The van needs a lot of work done on it and they gave me like $300 off but all in all it was a good dealer

My shopping experience was great at port motors. Was in there the automotive sales for 10 yrs and the exact way I used to treat my customers and that’s what I got in return. My sales associate was Moraima and did a great job.

Great service from the sales and finance team. I purchased the vehicle. The pre-qualification approval through CarGuru made the loan application process very easy. Highly recommended.

The car battery died twice during my test drive.

My communication with Alp at this dealership was great. He was responsive and flexible. Overall it was a good feeling however if you’re looking for a “dealership” like experience they are more like a car repair place. It is also difficult to find them. My only complaint is that the car was “detailed” but it was still dirty inside and some car pieces were not attached. They could definitely be more “detailed” in their detailing!

The dealer was courteous and actually let me see the vehicle on-site. It is a little more $$ than i am willing to spend for a 2o17 model. I want one with a little more mileage that will drop the price a few more thousand dollars.

They responded and honestly I have not gotten back to them so I really can’t say how they would be to deal with. But they did reach out to me in at least twice.
