After I settled on one, they provided me the Carfax and processed all the paperwork pretty quickly. It was a hassle-free experience, and they also took several precautions to ensure safety from Covid-19. I would definitely recommend, and use them, again.

Paul at Doug Smith was pleasant to work with. Of the three requests i submitted he was the first to contact me and by phone. He drove the car all the way to my house, 1 hr away, so my wife and I could test drive it. I was very impressed with the entire experience. We found exactly what we were looking for. Carlotz has a unique business model that I really liked and enjoyed working with the staff.

A. Surprised to discover that assessed fees on top of the listed price added roughly $1000 to the vehicle price. Way out of line. B. My deal involved a trade in of a reasonable vehicle in above-average condition. The offer they made for the trade was unreasonable and should have been an embarrassment to them. As a result of these two issues, I walked. I would not recommend working with this company.

Horrible communication! Very unreliable and plays games with not returning calls. Internet sales are just as horrible! Could not get a sales manager to send a purchase order for the vehicke I wanted to by with taking safety measures due to the covid-19. Will never use or refer them!!!

The salesperson told me what I needed to know, but unable to bring to SUV to me so I can test drive it back. Sure it would be a good 25 minute drive but I've test drove cars that long often. Also, I didn't have a way to get to the dealer, so this would have been a positive sale as long as the SUV was in good shape for it's year. Not his doing I'm sure, just their policy.

Mitch responded to my inquiry fairly quick and kept up communication with me. However, when I went for a test drive, I felt like I was not wanted there and when the car I was looking at didn’t work out because I was too tall, Marisol was not very helpful in looking or finding other options.

Just some emails back and forth but they were very responsive and helpful.

It was sold just prior to me driving there for my appointment to view the truck. Sales person didn’t call to inform me. I can only assume that he expected me to buy anything else for sale once I arrived. BAD move.

Did not enjoy my experience here. They buy auction cars and park them on the lot and sell them. Car was not inspected. Car was dirty and smelled. Got a unexpectable aprisel of my vehicle. No question asked or even have some look over the car with me. Conflicting lies told by different sale members. Very frustrating. Nice people, friendly attitude. Just no one willing to actually sell a car the right way.

I found the exact car I wanted at Bedrock Motors. When I got there it was as advertised. Bought it on the spot. Process was quick & easy.
