Bernard Sampson was great; this was my first vehicle purchase and he got me a great deal on the car AND my insurance. I am 24 and just got my license in July yet he got me some amazing prices and the process was very quick. I went alone and did not feel pressured to sign/buy anything. Everything was explained to me in great detail and so far I’m having a great experience with my car and the paperwork. I have already recommended carvision to a few of my coworkers.

Zero stars! One of the worst sales/service experiences I have ever had. A brief greeting email and I think texting then NOTHING.

Set up a appointment to see this Nissan Armada since we live over a hour away. Got there only to find out the vehicle was in detail since it was being sold. No phone call from this Dealership. Very unprofessional!

They were helpful. Nice and courteous people. Allowed me to thoroughlay inspect the vehicle. It was older and required more inspection. The vehicle wasn’t what I was looking for, but the women who handled my scheduled appointment and showed me the care was very nice and forthright with the vehicles situation and prospect. Very pesonable experience!

Very poor communication. I wanted to buy a car out right and they didn’t know where the car they were advertising was. I waited for the car for 20days going back and forth with various employees including the general manager to no avail. In the end I chose another dealer. If you’re buying a car from here go in person.
