Used 2017 Lexus NX for Sale near Kentucky

How much does the 2017 Lexus NX cost?

Prices have held steady compared to this time last year, signaling a stable and predictable market for this model year.

There are 639 listings available, which gives you a moderate amount of inventory to compare before you buy.

Is the 2017 Lexus NX a good car?

Yes — the 2017 Lexus NX earns a 4.8/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its performance, comfort, stylish design, smooth ride, sporty feel, and reliability. That makes it a good fit if you want a compact luxury SUV with a distinctive look and a comfortable daily-driving experience, especially since the model was aimed at buyers who wanted a more edgy alternative in the segment. With 32.6% of listings marked as good or great deals, you still have room to shop selectively.

Is the 2017 Lexus NX reliable?

Owners rate it 4.8/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

Owners also describe it as reliable, and the review summary reinforces that it is a vehicle many drivers feel good about keeping over time. The combination of dependable ownership impressions and strong satisfaction suggests you can approach used examples with confidence, while still checking maintenance history carefully to reduce long-term ownership risk.

What should I look for when buying a used 2017 Lexus NX?

At 52.9% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should run a vehicle history report on any promising listing and confirm whether prior damage was minor or more serious. A pre-purchase inspection should focus on body condition, panel alignment, and signs of uneven wear, since those can reveal issues that a listing photo may not show. It also makes sense to pay close attention to service records and overall condition, especially if you want a used NX that feels as solid as its reputation suggests.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2017 Lexus NX?

This is a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile listings if you know what to prioritize.

• Deal availability: 32.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 639 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have held steady compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 52.9% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $18,719, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2017 Lexus NX's resale value?

The current average of $19,545 sits slightly below last year's $19,655.

That small decline suggests the market has been fairly stable, which is helpful if you're thinking about future resale. A steady price pattern can make it easier to estimate what your NX may be worth later, especially if you keep mileage reasonable and maintain the vehicle well. Strong owner satisfaction can also help support demand when it comes time to sell.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.8/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2017 Lexus NX or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2017 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2017 if:

• 32.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 52.9% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have held steady compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.8/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2017 NX is a smart primary choice if you want a compact luxury SUV with strong owner approval, stable pricing, and a distinctive design. If you're especially price-sensitive, you can also compare nearby years to see whether a lower entry price or a better-condition example gives you more value for your budget.
