Why it stands out
The 2017 GMC Acadia stands out with its significant redesign that has made it lighter and more efficient compared to its predecessors. With the introduction of a new 2.5-liter 4-cylinder engine, the Acadia offers improved fuel efficiency, rated at 21 mpg city and 26 mpg highway, and showcases a weight reduction of over 700 pounds. This substantial weight loss translates to a nimble driving experience, making it easier to maneuver in urban environments. While the interior space and towing capacity have taken a slight hit, the 2017 model retains spaciousness in its first and second rows, catering well to family needs. The availability of advanced tech features, including the Intellilink system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, enhances its appeal. However, some users have pointed out limitations such as the absence of a turbo option and the occasionally unresponsive 6-speed transmission. Overall, the Acadia's blend of comfort, utility, and updated technology makes it a great choice for those seeking a versatile midsize crossover.

I really like the features so far. Yes it is a great value so far. Second row Captain seats. But still it is great. I would not compare it to another model, by what Ive have had, its in a class all its own

This vehicle has excellent features things like, wireless phone charger, rear seat warmers and many other safety features. Great family vehicle and overall good value for median asking price. I would say the only thing missing is a turbo for additional fun but still very good torque and towing capacity. I would compare this to a Ford Explorer sport of like years.
