I purchased a 2012 honda crv, and I was told it was a one owner car in mint condition. I specifically asked about the vehicle, where it came from, and if the vehicle had any accidents ect, they said all was perfect. I found out after purchasing the vehicle that it had been repossessed and was damaged. They sent my insurance company the information but never mentioned anything to me. They told my insurance agency they did not have to tell me this information. I specifically asked and they lied, and told me it was a one owner company car, never revealing it was repossessed or damaged. I had to return the car, and the salesman later called me, harassed me, and hung up on me. Beware if you are a woman out there buying a car. You are lied to, harassed, and treated poorly. I am appalled at this dis-honesty, there is absolutely no need of it!!! I am so grateful to my insurance company for informing me about this disastrous news which was only sent to them and not revealed to me!!! ps when I got there and asked to see a rav 4 which was newly listed and needed to have the inspection, it had been in an accident and was in the lot with a smashed in bumper and lights. I said it was not listed in car guru facts as being in an accident or damaged and the salesman said "Well, we haven't gone over it yet". It was already listed as 0 accidents and yet was in the process of being repaired for an accident. What is wrong with these people?????? "

I said who wouldn't notice this. He said you'd be surprised. It took me 1/2 the ride home to realize how ridiculous this salesman was to say this. Unbelievable!! In other words this will be back on the lot for some sucker. Don't be the one!! He then gets the manager who tells some story about buying this car from an auto body shop who was suppose to fix it. I asked if they inspected it before posting all these pics on line. Mind you its waxed and posted on the website yet he's trying to make me believe this is the first he's seen the damage. Oh another 6 inch gauge on right rear quarter. It amazes me this dealership is in business. Don't trust a word they say !! "
