Rob in the finance department was able to schedule me in immediately and patiently waited 1.5 hours for me (93 miles away and tons of traffic). European-Motorcars has an awesome team all around!

It was awful. First they sent me to the wrong location which took 3 hours out of my day. Then I went to the other location and they lowballed the car price and tacked on a few for me to lay for the car problems. What was a good deal turned into a bad one. I don’t trust them.

sales rep tended to seem to have an attitude when I asked questions. Told me it would take 20 business day to be able to pick up the car after I had already put a down payment on it, the next day the sales rep told me the car been hit and totaled over night.

Willie was busy when I got there,went looked at other rav4 in lot,came in he brought us to the bay,car was up on lift?finally sat down went over price got mgmt to come over,asked him 5 times if he would counter offer,he refused...

while the staff was very friendly, the Sales Manager flatly denied working with me because I'm out of state (MI). Didn't even respond to a personal call question. They had worked with people in Michigan before, but extra costs were mentioned by the Sales person to me as the reason. However, even when I offered to pay the extra costs, I wasn't told how much they are nor contacted back.

Beware. I contacted the dealer to buy their advertised car at their advertised price but was told they can’t sell me the car because of the pandemic. Gimme a break. They can sell a car during a pandemic. Rather I feel like they didn’t want to honor their advertised price.

They said this veh wasn't available but they had another one. I explained what I had for a down payment & what my credit looked like. They said they could work with me. I got there and they said no bank would loan on an older vehicle and to get my payment where I wanted them i would like 5k down. They had no older veh like they advertised

Love Shaller honda. Already had two car. Looking for another one because our Rav4 diedI always needs two cars in the fam. Shaller people are helpful. The person who take care me before retire. Hope when I go for this car soon the experience will be like the other ones.

i did not purchase the 2010 Mercedes-Benz, but i did purchase a 2017 Honda accord LX and the salesman Brian Rosenberg was excellent.

Yeah I got turned down but he gave me wonderful service to drive nice vehicle If I have my second car I will go back again for a second car
