Too good to be true and it was. I drove 4 hours each way after making an appointment and even asked over the phone about the truck. Tosha in sales, never mentioned the car was so scratched that new paint job was required. I'm guessing it was a joke cause she said, "ask for a sales guy when you get here". I didn't even test drive. It was a waste of gas and 9 hours of my time. Thanks for the bad experience, lesson learned.

This is a top notch dealer with a sound business model. They offer the best pricing and straight forward sales practices. They also prepare in advance to make sure your visit with them is short and stress free. I wish more dealerships followed this method. Kudos to Stephanie for going the extra mile to gain my business.

Covid made several extra steps necessary for safety. I live 1/2 hour away and the dealer drove the car out for me to test drive, later that day he drove it to me again for purchase. We did all transactions outside on the porch. Two wks prior I had a Covid-like virus, and although I tested negative I was still extra careful near others. Since no ride along type test drive could occur, the dealer was very attentive to my questions and calls. Grants Pass Toyota is a great dealership!

Was looking to buy a car in full with cash on hand. Easy sale for the dealer. I even told them I’d come right away & buy it if I got a good deal. But, with no wiggle room on the price for an almost 4 year old used car, I passed.

We were contacted right away. My daughter was looking for her first car. The representative was professional and friendly. There were no games at all. It is the most positive dealer experience I ever had. My daughter is extremely happy with her purchase. I would recommend this dealership without hesitation.

Horrible experience. Will never buy a vehicle from the dealership. I got laughed at in my face because my offer wasn't near what they believed a 6 year old truck is worth. I was a cash buyer & didn't even attempt to negotiate

I test drove the car with a knowledgeable salesperson, but didn't buy the car. The sales team has been helpful in trying to find the car that I am looking for.

Sent them an cash offer and they not only rejected it but they countered with the a little higher . We offered 2500 less. To me they could've just rejected rather than slap us in the face and the salesmen was very cocky and arrogant .
