Worked with John Stinson to purchase a Highlander I found online. Since I was four hours away, John sent me photos of any scratches/ scuffs and worked with me to get the vehicle at an even fairer price. Drove down and there were no surprises. John’s a genuine sales person who gets customer service. Highly recommend working with John.

Still haven't decided what to do. Felt very good about the dealership, but still trying to make up my mind about getting a Canyon or full size.

Sales man was extremely rude. Wasnt on lot when I should up and seemed very uninterested in selling or showing me the Cherokee and another car I wanted to see. Walked by pushed the unlock buttons for the vehicles and walked away.

Picked up my car Saturday and couldn’t be happier.

Great experience, this was the 5th vehicle that I have bought from this dealer, by far the best salesman I have dealt with. Very accommodating, had no issues with me test driving 3 different vehicles.

Bill was great, he even had the car transported to the elmira location from hornell location just for me.! I really wanted this car, but didnt realize after all my surgeries when I got in it It hurt to get back out, it sat too low to the ground, I felt horrible because he had it all transferred to me plates and all and it didnt work out.

The car was in terrible shape & interior looked a mess. The sales rep did not respond to my concerns, instead, he sent me several texts and emails claiming that I missed the appointment.

Only the Good side of Vehicle was pictured, mileage listed was inaccurate (less mileage) and I was told about the "Check Engine" light being on after I arrived but not before while on phone w/ dealership multiple times. This was just not the vehicle for me. Thank you.

Easy process.

Sales person was nice, accommodating and worked hard to put the deal together. Sales manager was very nice and matter of fact. We put together the deal at a great price so it was a win, win for all.

Great dealership. I was helped by Ethan Silva, he was very helpful with my car buying. No pressure to buy anything extra but answered all my questions about anything I asked.

Called about a truck, was told it was sold. Later that day they called back something had fell through so I made an appointment to see it the following day. The following day they called and said not to come because someone sold the truck. A couple hours later they called back about the truck. Unreliable communication, was not handled as well as it should have been

Extremely helpful, appt I made was on time. Worked to get the best the price and made sure that anything I didn’t like about the vehicle was taken care of. GM Steve was most accommodating.

They did awesome Ozzy was my salesman, he walked me through all my questions i had about this car, I was in a bind because i reside in R.I. and i didn't have anyone to help me deliver the car, so they made arrangements to drive it to R.I. for me, and not only that a few days later when i got a reservation at the D.M.V. i forgot to grab the title and Ozzy took time out of his day to personally drive down to R.I. again to make sure i would be all set at registration time, Now that was awesome.

They ran my credit over the phone,then sent me a picture of a different truck .i called and he said your credit is good but we sold the one you want yesterday but we have this one.so I got points knocked off because he didn't tell me my truck was taken or I wouldn't have had my credit ran.very untrustworthy and unprofessional.

This truck had more damage than was shown in the pictures! I was sent back and forth between buildings twice, due to the salesmen not knowing which trucks were theirs! Not a good reflection on the dealership!!

They might have a good price on their vehicles but then they tell you there are $5,000-$6,000 in extra fees. Ends up not being a good deal at all. Just tricking people to get their info and then try to sell them something.

Byron was great! I live 6 hours from him, and the car was exactly as described upon pickup. Even with a historical blizzard, he was able to get my financing done and deliver the car. Will definitely be calling this dealership first when I’m ready to buy another car!

I was told the car I was interested in didn’t pass their inspection. Why was it listed if it was ready to be sold?

I can’t say enough on how awesome Valerie was. This whole experience of buying a car was stressful, and had added pressures - but, Valerie and the managers at Centennial Leasing and Sales is above and beyond one of the best establishments to work with. They are attentive, empathetic to your needs and they WILL constantly go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. Would give 10 stars if it was allowed.
