Crooks, bait car ad... spoke to the dealership on couple occasion, received several phone calls from dealership, they were happy for me to come down to take a test. as serious buyer and wanted to see exact numbers, sent a followed up email, request for actual numbers, I supply reasonable expected charges in email. I was going to supply 50% cash and use a loan for the remainder from my bank, never heard from them again

Called dealership and was told that the manager did not want to pursue a deal due to Covid? Made no sense. I never challenged the asking price. I see what it's rated as it is.

They wanted to charge me $4,000 more than the price it shows on guru. Destination fees and certification fees. Don’t waste your time because you are not getting the price listed on car gurus.

I got a few calls/emails/texts from one of their reps who was very helpful in suggestions of vehicles that would work for me, and who followed up without seeming desperate or pressuring. I ended up getting a car elsewhere but I would check this place out when I look for another car.

Got in contact they never responded until I called, made some offers, they didn't budge at all, was willing to buy at list and pay doc fees which were 400, but they wanted another 500 in dealer prep, which is ridiculous, they lost my business over that fee, because their fees are non negotiable

The dealer was really chill. Worked with me to get the payments down to a reasonable rate. My only issue is that the battery seems to be a little faulty, which is understandable because of COVID due to everything being shut down and the batteries deteriorate if they’re not used. Luckily it’s covered under warranty.

All business these guys were extremely helpful. My salesman was on point from start to finish. In fact Alex went out of his way to insure I was both informed and taken care of. The van was bought site unseen over the phone. I was pleasantly surprised it had 5 brand new Michelin tires and a full tank of gas. Good guys and they run a professional operation.

They contacted me a few days after I contacted them. But at that point it was too late. They basically just sent me a form letter thanking me for the inquiry. I was a little disappointed by their lack of promptness.

The dealer was very helpful in his attempt to help me get a car. I am not totally ready to get a car at this time, If I were I would go thru this dealership.

Dealer was helpful showed me few cars that I may me interested in since the car I was I nterested in looking was not ready not dealers fault. Condition of the car was not worth price advertised but it was close. Walked out without buying a car. Good to have no pressure to buy a car the day you visit for a change. Dealer understand that I am looking for something specific. I'm still looking around and want to check more cars out before making a purchase.

I was contacted by Madison and Ernest. I’m not sure if they are computers or robots, but their customer service was horrible. I repeatedly asked for a carfax report on the vehicle I was very interested in. And they refused to forward this information and ignored the fact that I even asked for it by sending and resending their “scripted” emails. Very disappointed! I asked for all correspondence to finally stop.

Fast and knowledgeable

I spoke with the sales person Paul. He knew the car inside and out. In our conversation he wanted to make sure that was the car for me. I felt at home.
