The online sales representative that we were communicating with chose not to inform us that the vehicle we were coming to test drive had sold the day before. We confirmed the appointment an hour before we arrived and asked if the vehicle was still available. They didn’t tell us it had sold until we arrived. Then they tried to sell us something that had no similarities whatsoever. Oxendale lost our trust and wasted our time.

Salesman Tim told me I was approved for a the car and I told him I would be there the following day. I drove 2 hours only to be told the car was sold the day before.

I actually went to location told horrible experience treated me like they didn’t want my business really wasted my time for two days didn’t allow me to look at what I wanted kept watching the game didn’t go over any of the financial part just gave me a horrific deal and literally sent me and my children home at night in a rainstorm been there since three that day and day before even longer than that really fake smiling people

I told them I have a dealer "willing to work with me on an older vehicle, maybe I should be looking elsewhere for a car?" Their salesman's response was one word. "OK" End of conversation.

I was contacted next day and vehicle was parked in front of showroom on my arrival for test drive. Couple of back and forth offers and truck is in my driveway.

I asked for current pictures, but he said they didn't have any at the time. Never got back to with me about the truck. Had a friend go to the dealership to get pictures for me, but the vehicle was at another location.

Didn’t try to had to make a sale. My credit not perfect, but I’m among most Americans average. The sales manger never even tried, tried to say needed this crazy amount of money to put down. Hell the money he wanted me to put down, I could have paid off my trade. Place is a Joke.

Response seemed very templatated as if it was copy & paste . Location seemed as if it was a vehicle storage, the vehicle itself , at higher speed would wobble on the passenger side & oil was not where it should be . Would not recommend, very sketchy .
