Used 2016 Audi A7 for Sale near Texas

How much does the 2016 Audi A7 cost?

Prices have softened 4.70% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 161 listings available, which gives you a modest amount of inventory to compare before you buy.

Is the 2016 Audi A7 a good car?

Yes — 4.75/5 is a strong user rating for this model year, and the A7’s blend of sporty styling, standard all-wheel drive, and five-door practicality gives you a distinctive luxury fastback package. The refreshed 2016 model also adds a wider grille, revised front and rear styling, updated LED lighting, a newer MMI system with a faster processor, and 4G LTE in-cabin internet connectivity, which helps it feel more modern. If you want a car that looks more dramatic than a traditional sedan but still works as an everyday driver, this setup fits that use case well. 34.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which suggests there are still some attractive opportunities in the market.

Is the 2016 Audi A7 reliable?

Owners rate it 4.75/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The A7’s appeal comes from its upscale design, standard all-wheel drive, and well-equipped cabin, but you should still expect the usual used-luxury-car ownership tradeoffs. Maintenance can be expensive, so a careful pre-purchase inspection matters if you want to reduce long-term ownership risk.

What should I look for when buying a used 2016 Audi A7?

At 62.7% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

Start with a vehicle history report so you can confirm accident records, title status, and service history before you get too far into the process. Then prioritize a thorough inspection of body panels, paint consistency, electronics, and any signs of deferred maintenance, since condition can vary widely in this segment. Focus especially on the overall quality of the cabin and the operation of the technology features, because those are part of what makes this model appealing in the first place.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2016 Audi A7?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 34.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 161 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 4.70% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 62.7% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $16,875, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2016 Audi A7's resale value?

The current average of $17,509 sits slightly below last year's $18,373.

That tells you the market has softened, which can help you buy more carefully now but may also mean slower appreciation if you plan to sell later. For a future seller, the key is to buy well and keep the car in strong condition, because a lower entry price can help offset some depreciation pressure. Well-kept examples should remain more appealing to shoppers who want the A7’s style and practicality without paying new-luxury pricing.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.75/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2016 Audi A7 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2016 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2016 if:

• 34.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 62.7% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 4.70% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.75/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2016 is the right pick if you want the refreshed look and updated tech in a luxury fastback that still feels practical for daily use. If your priority is stretching your budget further, a nearby year may be worth comparing, but the 2016 stands out as the better choice when you want the refreshed design and a solid mix of value and appeal.
