Great communications from the dealer I was not able to connect

I call them about a truck they answer al my questions they were very kind

Was very pushy. I told them I was not ready and they just kept emailing me and then making up times saying we have an appointment to meet at this time and I never agreed to that. Anything for a buck I guess

I sent them an email and they responded the next day

They did contact me and they offered to help me with my appointment. The car didn’t fit my needs. It wasn’t an automatic.

They keep advertising the ML450 online, but they do not have the vehicle. When I called to inquire about the vehicle, the salesman was a smart mouth. I wouldn't buy from him if they did have the vehicle

Easy to make an appointment to view and test drive the car. They were friendly and helpful and quickly got us on the road for the test drive. The car was immaculate and drove beautifully and if the leather seats hadn’t been almond we would have purchased it.

They were wonderful to work with. No pressure. They helped get me the car I wanted.

The sales person was good but we felt that the general manager was not willing to work with us. After we had come to an agreement with the sales person the general manager undercut him and took away the low jack (700.00) worth in order to accommodate the deal we had already worked out with his representative. The car was a good car and we still got it, but we would not recommend this dealership because of our experience there.

They don't have any customer service whatsoever, the salesman talked to me and treated me like I was a nobody like I was a burden, his name was Keith, I've never been treated like that before, don't use this dealership

We made an apt and travel almost 50.miles...sales person on floor without mask at all. Receptionist walking around no mask. We walked right out. Left without car couldn't make deal. After they emailed us another option or offer. I replied with a realistic number and they didn't even reply back i called and let em know how their sales sucks.

They were willing to answer my questions by text, kept track of what I was looking for, and I would give them another shot next time. In the end I found something closer to home.

First time doing business with the Dean team but likely not my last. This is my first Volkswagen but if I continue to enjoy it as much as I do now, I'll definitely come back to them in the future. Everyone was friendly and helpful, my salesperson in particular did everything that she could to get the best deal possible for me. I would absolutely recommend Dean Volkswagen to anyone.
