How much does the 2015 Toyota Camry cost?

Prices are up 4.95% year-over-year — a sign of continued demand for this model year.

There are 1,773 listings available, which gives you a solid amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2015 Toyota Camry a good car?

Yes — the 2015 Toyota Camry earns a 4.85/5 user rating and an 8.17/10 expert rating. The standout strength is Cost effectiveness at 10/10.

Owners consistently praise its comfort, reliability, and value for money, and many also like the quiet ride and daily-driving ease. The overview also points to a more appealing design, an upgraded interior, and expanded infotainment and safety technology, which helps it fit your needs if you want a practical midsize sedan with more polish than older versions. Even so, the same feedback notes road noise and modest acceleration as tradeoffs.

Good and great deals account for 30.7% of listings, so you still have room to shop selectively.

Is the 2015 Toyota Camry reliable?

Owners rate it 4.85/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner summary repeatedly emphasizes reliability, and it also points to trouble-free ownership and strong value for money. The expert materials reinforce that with language about reliability, dependability, low cost of ownership, and strong resale values. On top of that, scheduled maintenance is free for the first 2 years or 25,000 miles, which helps reduce early ownership costs.

For used buyers, the main long-term risk is less about the Camry’s core durability and more about finding one that has been maintained well and not worn down by heavy use.

What should I look for when buying a used 2015 Toyota Camry?

At 44.9% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report and then prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if the car has been in a prior accident or has higher mileage. Focus on body condition, panel alignment, tire wear, brake feel, and any signs that the car’s comfort or electronics have been neglected. Because this model is often bought for commuting and family use, a clean, well-kept example matters more than chasing the lowest sticker price.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The LE starts with cloth upholstery, steel wheels, a rear-view camera, and a 6.1-inch touchscreen, while the SE adds a sport-tuned suspension and more aggressive styling. The XSE and XLE bring more upscale equipment, with the XSE leaning sportier and the XLE leaning more comfort-focused.
• Powertrain: The standard setup is a 3.5-liter V6 with a 6-speed automatic in the higher trims, and it delivers strong acceleration. The driving character is tuned more for quiet, comfortable commuting than for sporty handling.
• Safety package: Toyota’s Safety Connect is reserved for the XLE, and the Advanced Technology package adds lane-departure warning, adaptive cruise control, pre-collision warning and braking, and automatic high-beam control. Base trims miss some of those features.
• Infotainment: The Camry includes a 6.1-inch touchscreen with USB, Bluetooth, and voice recognition, while higher trims can upgrade to a 7-inch screen with advanced voice recognition, HD Radio, traffic, weather, and Entune App Suite. Wireless smartphone charging is also available on higher trims.
• Fuel efficiency: The V6 test car averaged 22.9 mpg, and the source material notes an EPA suggestion of 25 mpg for that setup.

Which 2015 Toyota Camry trim should I buy?

The 2015 Toyota Camry is offered in 4 trim levels: LE, SE, XSE, XLE.

Here's the short version:

• LE: This is the value starting point if you want the Camry’s core strengths without paying for extras. You get the basics covered, including a rear-view camera, touchscreen infotainment, and everyday convenience features, making it the most budget-friendly choice.
• SE: This is the best-value trim if you want a little more personality. It adds a sport-tuned suspension, upgraded trim details, and a more athletic feel without jumping all the way to the pricier luxury-oriented versions.
• XSE: This is the right pick if you want the sportiest non-V6 Camry. It adds LED running lights, larger wheels, dual-zone climate control, rear air vents, and a more advanced infotainment setup.
• XLE: This is the comfort-first choice. It swaps the sportier hardware for a softer ride, leather upholstery, and a more upscale cabin, so it suits you best if refinement matters more than appearance or handling.

Safety-wise, the available pre-collision warning and braking system is part of the advanced package, and Safety Connect is limited to the XLE.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2015 Toyota Camry?

This is a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 30.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,773 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices are up 4.95% year-over-year.
• Clean inventory: 44.9% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $12,391, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2015 Toyota Camry's resale value?

The current average of $13,191 sits slightly above last year's $12,569.

That upward move suggests the market still sees value in this model year, which can help support resale if you buy carefully and keep the car in good condition. The relatively tight year-round range also suggests prices are not wildly volatile, so a clean example should remain easier to position later. If you maintain the car well and keep records, you improve your odds of getting stronger interest when it’s time to sell.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.85/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2015 Toyota Camry safe?

The 2015 Toyota Camry earns a Top Safety Pick commendation from IIHS and a five-star overall rating from NHTSA, with a mix of four- and five-star ratings in the individual tests.

It earns a 9/10 safety score from our experts.

Toyota’s Safety Connect service is available only on the XLE, and it includes automatic crash notification, emergency assistance, roadside assistance, and a stolen vehicle locator. The Advanced Technology package adds lane-departure warning, adaptive cruise control, pre-collision warning and braking, and automatic high-beam control. One caveat is that the lane-departure system can be intrusive, so you may find yourself turning it off.

Should I buy a 2015 Toyota Camry or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2015 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2015 if:

• 30.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 44.9% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices are up 4.95% year-over-year.
• Owners rate it 4.85/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• It adds more style, a better interior, and expanded infotainment and safety tech.

Consider the 2014 if:

• At $11,889, the 2014 costs less than the current year's $13,191 average.
• It emphasizes simple, sensible, affordable, and safe transportation.

Consider the 2016 if:

• It offers a competent hybrid experience with strong space and feature content.

The bottom line: If you want the best mix of style, features, and proven owner satisfaction, the 2015 is the stronger all-around pick. If your priority is spending less up front, the 2014 is the better value play, while the 2016 makes sense if you specifically want the hybrid-oriented version and can live with its more competitive, less standout character.
