How much does the 2015 Mercedes-Benz E-Class cost?

Prices have softened 8.43% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 1,268 listings available, which gives you a solid pool of options to compare.

Is the 2015 Mercedes-Benz E-Class a good car?

Yes — the 4.67/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its comfort, power, and high-quality features, and the model’s luxury-focused cabin and everyday usability make it appealing if you want a polished mid-size luxury car. It also fits shoppers who value a broad range of body styles and a well-equipped interior. With 34.5% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have room to shop selectively.

Is the 2015 Mercedes-Benz E-Class reliable?

Owners rate it 4.67/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback also points to a generally dependable ownership experience, with many drivers describing it as a great luxury machine. At the same time, some reports mention creaks, squeaks, interior wear, and occasional build-quality concerns, so a careful pre-purchase inspection still matters. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is buying a car that has been maintained poorly or has unresolved wear-related issues.

What should I look for when buying a used 2015 Mercedes-Benz E-Class?

At 56.5% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should run a vehicle history report before you commit, then prioritize cars with clean records and consistent maintenance documentation. Put extra inspection focus on body condition, panel alignment, and signs of prior repair work, since accident history can affect both reliability and resale. It also makes sense to check for the owner-reported issues that can show up on this model, especially around brakes and infotainment behavior.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2015 Mercedes-Benz E-Class?

This is a moderate market, so you can buy now if the right car appears, but you should still compare listings carefully.

• Deal availability: 34.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,268 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.43% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 56.5% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $14,083, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2015 Mercedes-Benz E-Class's resale value?

The current average of $14,083 sits slightly below last year's $15,380.

That decline suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can make this a more approachable buy today but may also limit short-term appreciation. If you plan to resell later, condition and maintenance history will matter a lot because buyers in this segment tend to reward well-kept examples. A clean, well-documented car should hold up better than one with visible wear or unresolved issues.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.67/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2015 Mercedes-Benz E-Class or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2015 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2015 if:

• 34.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 56.5% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.43% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.67/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2014 if:

• At $12,727, the 2014 costs less than the current year's $14,083 average.
• It offers a more value-focused take on the same upscale formula.

The bottom line: Choose the 2015 if you want the stronger current-market balance of price, satisfaction, and inventory. If you are especially price-sensitive, the 2014 is the better path because it costs less while still delivering the core E-Class appeal.
