Carolina Auto Credit did a great job providing safety measures due to the pandemic and had all precautions in place. No high pressure to purchase and provided an enjoyable buying experience.

Karen was very helpful and was able to answer my questions over the phone. We live 2.5 hrs from the dealership and when we arrived, the car was clean and parked out front waiting on us. They financed me in house and the paperwork was quick and easy.

Very attentive and followed up. Did not test drive though as already had an appointment elsewhere and bought that one.

I contacted dealership on a Saturday about a vehicle I was interested in. Ceaser was very helpful. He did a follow up with me a couple of days later. I chose not to replace anything yet, but will definitely consider them when I am ready to purchase. Thanks guys!

We had a small snafu initially, but the people at Krieger went above and beyond to make up for it. A.C. Carter was super helpful in clearing everything up and helping me get the car I wanted.

They are scammers, they list a low price on line ,then they are charging you a preparation fee of over $1500 for a use car tell you it is a reconditioning fee, do not trust them

CRV was not ready to show when we arrived for our appointment. After waiting a about 20 minutes, it was finally brought around. CRV was in beautiful condition.(except a bad battery which he immediately replaced, So then we understood the wait.& cracked windshield, which they fixed before pick-up) Sam was very helpful through the purchase process. Stayed in touch, answered any questions. Would recommend them to anyone.

High pressure dishonest sales tactics. Did not show the car fax report until over 1 hour in to price negotiations. They also added $1200 for accessories and tried to sell a warranty for $5,000, double what a typical warranty is(I went to another car dealer and bought a similar model later that day)

Vehicles advertised are not true miles (Higher miles due to the fact the employees joy ride and use as personal car) vehicles are over priced. Definitely scam artist, absolutely the worst car dealership ever!!!
