Fast response time, just didn't have the right one for me

Never got back with pictures. They told me they were gonna wash and detail the truck and would send me pictures but never sent any. When I emailed them back two days later the truck was sold. Won’t do business with this dealership

Quick response and very friendly

Sales person told me this truck had already been sold when I went to go look at it. While speaking with her and her asking me the"rite"questions, I ended up getting what I think was a better deal.

He was super nice but those cars need mechanic help & they smell awful on the inside.

Cars were not as nice as the pictures and dealership was not open after we called and said we were going to come and look at the cars.

Got back to me really fast.

Do NOT BUY THE 2017 RAM 2500 Laramie with 44492 miles maroon mega cab. We drove from San Diego and they let us knowing that they had fried the alternator by jumping it wrong and probably all the electrical within this vehicle. They never called us back after promising to do so after 24 hours. Now it’s re listed as a manager special. BEWARE the truck is fried!!

Responded to a truck they had listed. Got told it was available in late afternoon, next morning it was listed as sold.

Did not purchase but the dealership was nice. Had several options in my price range. Got to have a look at several cars in my price range. The man who helped me was nice and was not pushy. He did suggest a vehicle I was not aware of that was also in my price range. Not of them exactly matched what I've been looking for but I really appreciate the fact that he did not put pressure on me and was simply there to help.

I give them 2 stars because they had the car unlike the Brooklyn one and they were friendly. However, they were not honest. They started telling us about service fees for the car that adds an additional $3000 on the price.Looking at the paperwork, they readded the sales tax which was already included in our deal. We ended up leaving without buying the car. I wouldn't recommend for their trickery.

0 cars posted online are available in their lot..I called before I drive 87 Miles to make sure they have the car I am looking for but when I got there they said they have them in different lot and nit available at this time.‍♂️. Never go back there again!

Bought car I test drove. Wouldn't accept Westlake Financial pre-approval. Had to finance in-house, at 21% interest. What is up with this pre-approval thing?
