I wasn't happy with the financials on getting the car. The way he explained it it seemed they we asking for too much on a down payment while the monthly payment would still be in the high 300's.

Tom was extremely professional and open… While I did not purchase the car… I can recommend Tom as a honest businessman…I gave him a deposit to hold the car for my inspection which he did for over a week… After reviewing the car I decided not to purchase it and he instantly gave me a refund for my deposit…

This dealership was amazing!! Not even a minute passed after I reached out is when I received a call back. When I arrived I was warmly welcomed and they let me test drive the car. There was no problems. The car was clean and looked good both in the outside and inside. The manager Tom was really helpful and helped me pick out a car that was just for me. When I drove off the lot I was excited with my car. 10/10 will recommend to my friends.

I was pre approved but that put the wrong information even though I filled out the form and they took my I'd, so they could up the price and act as if it was a rough glance for the per approval. Now I have a hard inquiry on my credit report because they felt I was by myself and a woman so I guess I wouldn't know they were trying to haggle. Very displeased with them and the way I was treated. Only giving a star so I can submit my rating .

Horrible ! Advertised rate is not real. Offered to pay full posted rate plus TT&L and they wanted an additional $1695 add on for some tracking devise they installed. Bought else where and will not do business with them in the future.

The price they advertised was great, but they added unwanted accessories that couldn't be removed increasing the price by 10%. I found the ad to be deceptive. I did not buy from them.

Very frustrating. I asked best price and he went up in price with dealer ads instead that were already installed that I had no interest in. Sales man did not seem interested at all in selling a car
