It was as easy and fast process. Was there about an hour. Car seemed fine when I test drove it. I did ask the guy if it had any mechanical issues. He stated no. 2 days later check engine light turned on and car started to shake a little. This is why they get 1 star.

too many automated / programmed emails and not enough personalized replies. Still have not closed a deal as the dealer states that the truck is priced aggressively but yet it has not moved? Trying to stay off the phone with them and possibly wrap things up via text and email... We'll see how it works.! Bill

Sean and his son Pedram were wonderful. There was no pressure and they were patient and tried very hard to help with creative financing for a difficult situation. The car was in very good shape when we test drove it. They helped with the radio code. They answered all questions and tried to explain any issues and offered to fix any problems that came up for wholesale prices. Seemed to be very honest and caring and worked well with us.

They did respond promptly.

Dealer was unwilling to allow an independent mechanic to look at the truck off site. Did say it was OK for a mechanic to come to the lot, but of course then they wouldn't be able to put the vehicle on a lift for a real inspection.

Not very helpful, didn't wanna finance and told me I wouldn't qualify for a $4000 car then I went to another dealer and qualified for a $10,000 car. Only wanted cash, cars are NOT CLEAN and this bug had an indescribable smell that probably will never go away. Make sure you have cash and don't mind being treated like trash....

The staff was friendly. The car I had appointment to test drive was not available upon arrival. I opted to wait for the vehicle to return. The guy that was with us went to get another vehicle that was similar, but the car he wanted to show was very dirty and the engine sounded rough.

I filled out a finance application online yet they wanted me to fill out another,I thought I was already approved.i felt this was just a gimmick to get me into the dealership.
