This dealer called me back to tell me about a 7k down payment. Although fast and friendly reply, unfortunately it was not a great deal.

Told me car was there when it really wasn’t it was sold and I drove an hour just to get there they lied about the car and on top of that I had an “appointment” to go see it

Drove down from Palm beach in anticipation of purchasing a vehicle. The opening time displayed on website was 11am. Called a couple of times. After my third call was greeted by "the reason why were not answering is were close" with an attitude. Worst customer service ever dealt with. Good riddance . unable tp rate because they don't deserve a star.

I was excited at first , everything was going great until the day of my appointment to see cars to buy. We agreed on a car under $2000, half way there to Yakima from Kennewick the girl I was dealing with said she didn’t have anything at that price range. Therefore , I waisted my time and gas. My experience today is zero. Will no longer deal with this company, very disappointed.

Dealer was very nice and knowledgeable. I had to keep following up with them to get the ball rolling after I was told they will follow back up with me on an appraisal value for my trade. No business transaction with this dealer. They dropped the ball but was willing to give them a second try.

The car was not registered as a wrecked car and it had been. When I confronted them about it they were willing to work with me on finding another vehicle that was even better. They went above and beyond to help me.

my ex wife took my daughter to look at the car. Quite frankly they didn't look it over properly. It seems the struts are bottoming out when going over bumps and the rear struts/shocks are noisy. This should have been discussed and addressed but it wasn't. I need to talk with them about what was done to prep the car and what they will do to address my concerns

Since These vans are in great demand this parti ular dealer keeps advertising a van which was sold months ago. Most vans advertised are either already sold or never even existed.

Chris was very helpful. I had been trying to get my questions answered about other vans. I was looking on line at many vans and when I reached out to get answers the only thing other dealers did was to send more pictures. Chris answered my questions and I will contact him when I'm ready to buy and have him help me find one.
