It rides really smooth and quiet. The seats are really comfortable. So far, Im getting 40 mpg average. I wish it had a backup camera and remote start, but thats not a big deal. Definitely worth the money, the gas savings alone will be huge over time.

How much does the 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid cost?
| Metric | Value |
|---|---|
| Current Average Price | $8,224 |
| Year-Round Low | $7,965 |
| Year-Round High | $9,025 |
| Average Price a Year Ago | $8,380 |
| Change vs. Last Year | −1.86% |
Prices have softened 1.86% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.
There are 138 listings available, which gives you a modest amount of inventory to compare before you buy.
Is the 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid a good car?
Yes — owners rate it 5/5, which points to very strong satisfaction with this model year. Reviewers consistently praise the great mileage, spaciousness, extensive technology features, smooth ride, and comfort. The market also shows 29.7% of listings as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.
Is the 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid reliable?
Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.
The review summary points to a car that owners describe as dependable in everyday use, with strong mileage and a comfortable, smooth driving experience that helps it feel easy to live with over time. That kind of feedback suggests you can count on it for regular commuting and longer ownership. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is less about the model’s reputation and more about how well a specific example has been maintained.
What should I look for when buying a used 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid?
At 58% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
You should start with a vehicle history report so you can separate clean examples from cars with prior damage. Then prioritize a thorough pre-purchase inspection, especially if the listing price looks unusually attractive. Focus on overall condition, maintenance records, and how well the car’s features and comfort items work in real-world use.
Is now a good time to buy a used 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid?
This is a moderate market for buyers, so you can shop carefully without expecting every listing to be a bargain.
- Deal availability: 29.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
- Inventory: There are 138 listings available.
- Price trend: Prices have softened 1.86% compared with last year.
- Clean inventory: 58.0% of listings are accident-free.
If you find a listing below $7,965, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.
What is the 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid's resale value?
The current average of $8,224 sits slightly below last year's $8,380.
That tells you the market has eased a bit, which can help you as a buyer today but may temper short-term resale gains if you plan to sell soon. If you buy at the right price and keep the car in strong condition, you can help protect your future value. The combination of steady owner satisfaction and a recognizable hybrid nameplate should support demand over time.
Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.
Should I buy a 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid or consider a different year?
If you're weighing the 2014 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:
Choose the 2014 if:
- 29.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
- At 58% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
- Price trend: Prices have softened 1.86% compared with last year.
- Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
The bottom line: You should lean toward the 2014 if you want a well-liked hybrid with solid pricing and enough inventory to shop selectively. If your priority is maximizing value, this year looks appealing; if you want the cleanest possible example, be more selective and be ready to pay a bit more for a better-documented car.
