Bad experience wheni spoke on the phone i asked if they can lower the price a bit sales guy told me it will work with me for couple hundred i told i am coming 175 miles way for it so i had a print ad luckily with me when there price was change overnight to to $15491 from 13221 manager was bad not honest dealer not only didnd lower my price but was trying to wast my time anyway they could

Salesman was responsive initially, then tried to sell me on a Honda (I was looking at other brands and Honda). When it returned to do a last test drive and buy, I booked an appointment in advance and let him know precisely the two cars I wanted to see, and he was responsive. I drove 45 minutes to get there, ready to purchase, and he told me ONLY THEN that the car had sold two days earlier.

Dealer did respond to my inquiry but only to try and sell me a different vehicle than the one I was inquiring about. This vehicle was held for more than the 48hrs for another customer even after I informed salesman I had cash in hand no finance needed. I was contacted more times via email text and phone call about finding me a different vehicle than I was on the original inquiry.

They were really helpful, I looked at 4 cars but didn't end up buying.

no negotiations AT ALL, we told them to call if the prices changed & we were rudely told “oh we won’t”. Few chips in paint on trunk and passenger door handle. Also no information on the new sway bar put in, tint or the new exhaust on it. the total was close to 12,000 & this car is not worth that much. Kelly blue book listed it for $9500. so no thx

We were unable to come to agreement on the value of my trade in, however they have continued to stay in touch for possible future interest. I would consider them in the future, but without a trade in vehicle.

My wife and I made an appointment two days before to meet the salesman and test drive the vehicle. We arrived an hour earlier from a nearby city. We asked to see the car and a different salesman said he would check it out and bring it up for us. Waiting, the salesman came back and apologized. The vehicle was sold the night before. They offered others to look at, we were not interested. Bait and switch?

Dealer rep contacted me and was good answering my questions, but I asked them about out the door costs and discovered that they had more 'add on' fees than I wanted to pay. While they eventually removed some of the fees, It was a long process. I was turned off by their practice of adding fees that weren't (in my opinion) necessary.
