So far I bought three vehicles at Heritage Truck and Auto.. The first one was a 2013 Toyota Corolla .. It was a very good vehicle . After one year I traded it for a 2014 Toyota RAV4 with low mile.. And now I just bought a 2014 Mercedes Benz ML350 with very low mile.. Tony Baptiste is very responsive , honest and straightforward.. I never had any issues with him.. Talked to dealer about purchasing 2011 Silverado from 11/30/20-12/01/20. Dealer assured us that truck was in excellent condition(paint,body,etc). Drove three hours to purchase truck. While looking over truck noticed that truck was rusting on wheel wells on both sides of bed, paint faded on hood, and the frame was rusting out severely. All these areas could have discussed w/ honesty by dealer and not waste my time. Questions about these areas where asked before making drive and dealer lied

Carma's constant contact program works effectively; however a review of customer experiences made us decide to back off from buying this Ridgeway as our location in Virginia would make it difficult to resolve differencies. The back up camera installed by Carma only a couple of days ago did not work and their was an unsecured driver side quarter panel at the time of our test drive.

A "no hassle" or "no negotiation" used car lot that is trying to get premium prices for sub par vehicles. The vehicle listing seemed promising so I contacted the dealer and went to see it. This vehicle had major rust puckers on the doors and rear hatch, mix matched tires and missing parts to accessories. This vehicle wasn't "professional" detailed or mechanically inspection. If you need a sub par used vehicle at a premium price, Wild West Auto Sales is you place!
