Avg. Dealer Rating: (35 reviews) "I showed up at the Fishers location to test drive a few suv’s I saw on CarGuru. The Blue Ford Flex they have listed on here wouldn’t start. The salesman was busy eating his lunch so he directed me to another suv to test while he got the Flex started. He just handed me the keys. I returned 15 minutes later to find him with the Flex’s hood up and a jump box out there, still unable to start it. He said he’d call a mechanic and I could stop back by to drive it later. I obviously did not. To make it worse, he started talking up the Explorer I had just driven, and it had obviously been wrecked and flipped upside down. There was noticable repair to the roof, and crease lines in the body between the driver window and windshield and rear driver side window and back hatch. I don’t want to spend $20k on an suv that’s been flipped over! This place is a scrubby buy-here-pay-here warehouse of auction cars. Not well maintained. showroom looks cheap and even temporary. Not pleased at all with my visit. Would never recommend them to anyone. "
