He came out of the showroom and said he was told that the car in mention was in the back of the parking lot. The salesman returned in a few minutes and told us he was sorry but the vehicle had been removed to another building down the road to be cleaned and prepped for sale and he would note to FiOS the next day when the car was back. The next day the salesman called and said that he was sorry and mistaken but the car had been sold four days earlier. Needless to say I was a little taken back by all of this due to the fact that I was given an email back from Greenbrier telling me to come in and look at the vehicle and after all of this to come and find out the vehicle was never even on the lot. "

They were able to let me test drive the vehicle I had came to see. I decided I would be interested in purchasing said vehicle, however, I needed my husband to also look at it and be with me to fill out paperwork. While there I requested the out the door price and what the price would be with each extended warranty so my husband and I could discuss which we would like to purchase if any. Salesman refused to give any out the door price for vehicle. we proceeded to collect the information we needed for the bank for our loan. Salesman said they could match our bank or do better for financing. Husband comes back next morning and it was a completely different story. They gave us an out the door price however would not allow us to get an extended warranty unless we financed through them. The finance deal they offered us was a higher interest rate by atleast 1% and price went up substantially. They also went $200 over what we said we wanted to pay per month and that was with a hefty down payment. Very disappointed with how everything turned out. Needless to say we did not purchase the vehicle. "
