There customer service suck guy tell me that he would call me the next day for the car and he don’t because he was off and the night that I was in there plan on getting a car I was rush out the door at 7:30 because they didn’t want to stay over the time . I will never recommend this place.

Kyle Hoffman was our salesperson. We explained that we had a five hour drive (one way) and he sent extra photos, did a walk around, sent us the carfax report and was very transparent. Rogers Toyota did a great job and had all of our paperwork ready to go so we could get back on the road home as soon as possible. No hidden agendas, no BS. Highly recommend working with this dealer.

3 sales managers all couldn't help on price! 2 durangos incoming they want to add 2995.00 in addendum! They won't budge on removing said items to reduce cost! Poor way to do business!

Good experience so far. But, I've noticed the price increase 3 times in a matter of a week since expressing interest however.

I didn't make it to the dealership as I found and purchased my first choice prior to making the trip there. They were responsive and thanked me for the consideration of letting them know I made a purchase.

While I was disappointed to find out that the car I was interested in was already sold and I ultimately ended up purchasing from another dealer, they were exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to contact me quickly and try to find other cars to fit my needs as well as let me know of their incoming stock and offering to help e learn to drive a stick.

Everything was good except the distance we were from the location of the dealer/car. We didn't have a good option for viewing the vehicle in person.

The car required additional work on the diesel system from a VW service shop. This should have been done by the dealer before selling. It cost me about $200 out of pocket plus having the car in shop for a week.

My wife and I had a really good experience at Carolina Pre-Owed Autos. They were professional and made us feel comfortable through the buying process. They were patient with my wife and I with our many questions and help us to secure finance and went through our options in order to help us make the best decision. Cleaned the car before we left this was an overall positive car buying experience.

Very nice but it took several days to get photos and longer to get the price. Overpriced 2010 Prius. I let them know I was not interested in buying an overpriced vehicle.

The dealer contacted me twice before the truck was priced & on the lot. Nothing after.

Terrible follow-up. They sold the vehicle I was interested in and requested a service check for an engine light. Poor customer service and advocacy. The salesperson took the vehicle for a service and called back two days later to say the car was sold. No follow up for days.

Car was not very clean, workers were smoking, seemed a little bit shady, one vehicle we test drove didn't even start. Workers were polite and quick to assist though. Seemed honest about the details of the vehicles

Purchased vehicle. Transaction was very simple and enjoyable. Called about the vehicle, they told me it was still available. Arranged a time to test drive, they handed me the keys gave me time to drive the car and get a feel for it without any pressure. Everyone was nice, and accommodating. Negotiated on a price that we both felt fair for the vehicle. Overall transaction was roughly two hours. Would definitely recommend doing business with them.

Great place I've bought three cars from them and I've always found my salesman Gil to be honest and fair and non-judgemental. If you want to build credit they actually do report your payments to the credit bureau also, and it works! I would, and have recommended this place to many. Gil has earned my business for life!
