Went out and met a salesman. Took a look at the car and found some cosmetic items that needed attention, that should have not been missed. That was a deal breaker for me. Very friendly and accommodating people to deal with. Lots of selection at thier site. I'm a picky guy and that's the only reason I didn't make a purchase.

Very helpful. I missed the opportunity to get by there Monday for work reasons and it sold. I have since tried to inquire about a few more vehicles from the same dealer and 1. You app says you don’t finance through that dealership now and 2. They have not contacted me back yet.

They lied about the price of the 2010 Ford Edge. I called and confirmed with a sales rep that vehicle was still available for 5,990 as listed online but an hour later when we arrived he says it was raised to 6,990 due to routine maintenance done on the vehicle such as changing the spark plugs. Took it for a test drive and noticed it had bad brakes and they weren't willing to stick to the original price so we left; wasn't worth it to us.

Called to ask about the frame damage and overall details about the car, I was not able to stop by because I live an hour away. Dealer was rude hanging up the phone because he had a customer, which I could understand. Said he would call back, never did.
