I looked at a truck and it was very clean and looked just like the photos posted online. I call and spoke to a sales person to set up a test drive the next day. He had the truck ready for me to look at and drive when I got there. All the staff was friendly and nice and willing to help. The finance officer really helped and did a lot to help me get a better deal on the truck. Overall I was very happy with BlueBonnet Chrysler Dodge and will go back and recommend them to others.

Called JMB Auto Sports and got an answer the first time, was told a sold price no hassles, very courteous staff that where also greatly informative with information about what I was buying, had as much information as I needed and had no problems getting any paperwork done and getting the keys in hand after paying. I would definitely recommend buying from JMB Auto Sports if you are looking for or are in need of a motor vehicle!

I went up to the dealer to see a car. The engine had a tick when it ran. And the salesman was just not knowledgeable about the car. We ended up going through an Acura salesman to buy and Acura.

Dealer, Mike, was prompt and always kept me up to date on my inquiry.

One of the worst car buying experiences I have ever had.they changed the car price without informing me until I saw it and was too late.they willnot see me again .THE PRICE ON THE GURU AD WHICH I ANSWERED WAS FOR 19,652.00 IN DEALER PAPER WORKS THEY PUT 21996.00.I TRUSTED THE SALESMAN AND IT WAS TOO LATE BY THE TIME I NOTICED IT.

Poor customer service. Did not follow up on repeated calls or emails. Spoke to a sales manager dee and he was rude, never sent me photos or called back. Useless. To many negative things to list.

After I expressed an interest in the van, they relisted it with a higher price. Considering the van had been on the market almost 300 days, and all of a sudden they raise the price after lowering it twice makes me very suspect about working with this dealer.

The dealership was very responsive. The only drawback for me was their policy of a hold deposit being non-refundable if the vehicle is not purchased. I understand that they have to take the vehicle off of the lot for some days, but on a vehicle that had been on CarGurus for 73 days, that policy seems a bit excessive. I would still deal with these folks, just will not have them hold a vehicle if I do.

Unfortunately that truck was sold before I could get to it. But they did contact me and told me to hurry because they had lots of inquiries on the truck I was interested in.
