2012 Ford Escape SE Fleet AWD for Sale Nationwide

Low initial price, but unprofessional and deceptive. Refused to apply the two rebates / incentives my dtr was eligible for saying the CRV had already been discounted. The INCENTIVES WERE FROM HONDA, not the dealership! Then they were evasive about financing....and we have excellent credit. This place is why car dealers have a bad reputation.

Can't give zero stars or I would. Total bait and switch. They advertise a low price then add $3600 bs warranty and a $1000 dealer fee. Better business bureau should shut them down.

I wish they would broadcast the real fees alongside the advertised price - about $4000+ added - so there was no agreement in terms. Lesson learned

Bad experience. Don’t waste your time. They’ll make you think something on the phone and when you get there it’ll be a completely different story. Prices online “asking price” are the amount they want you to finance after the down payment of 2-3k. What a joke. I drove two hours to get to this place and they don’t even let you drive the car u til we sit down and talk about price. What a joke of a dealership.

Terrible- the left hand (marketing) doesn’t know what the right hand (sales) is doing! I asked three questions in an email immediately when the listing hit. I received several emails from them but none answered my questions. Finally they told me the truck had sold! Bad way to do business!

Was treated superbly, even though I showed up without an appointment on a Saturday. Inspected the Ranger, drove it, and concluded that it was as good as the pictures represented it to be. So I bought it and even got a better deal than the advertised price of $4100. Good folks..they treated me very well, and I love the car.

Great experience, the whole team was friendly, responsive and transparent and Tyler did an excellent job. The dealership was clean and it looked like everyone was taking good precautions. Smoother than other dealers/ experiences in the past and not that painful as far as car buying goes- would recommend.

Very pleasant folks. Unfortunately Ford recall with undefined timeline prevented dealer from selling me the car. Our salesman Sergio was very pleasant, honest and accommodating. I would recommend this dealer for their transparency and pleasant approach to sales.

Management wanted to play games when I showed up very disrespectful. The sales manager didn't think I could afford it and told me they don't just let anyone test drive the f150. I will never step foot on a Ford lot again.

I really loved the car and was ready to purchase, but the finance guy was rather aggressive. I had my own my financing and he continued to hard sell their financing even after telling him I was fine in my situation. We ended up leaving because of the lateness of the day and as I thought on it, realized I didnt want to have to listen to the "pitch" again, so we ended up not going back.
