Crystal was supposed to meet with me to look at the 2010 Kia Soul, I told her I was on my way and she didn't even tell me she wasn't there I did not appreciate that at all and the car wasn't even there KB told me it was loaned out SMH.

They were awesome! Shout out to Robert! He was really nice, and made the exspiernce pleasant. I recommend them to everyone.

Car was incorrectly listed (manual transmission vehicle listed as an automatic), which was weird, but whatever, I'm looking for a manual. Rep I spoke with was rude. Further, had to apply for financing elsewhere, as they do NOT work with the companies listed. Wont contact again.

Great Attention and Service! Without being overwhelming

Less than honest. They did not have the vehicle in stock as I was told several times. I asked for a video walk around of the vehicle as it was not listed on their web site, before going to the dealership. They then admitted that they did not have this vehicle in stock and were not able to locate one with these options / color.

They were busy with customers the day of my appointment to test drive the car. We drove it and heard a noise. We still were interested in purchasing the car but wanted to address the noise issue. We left our contact information with the salesman since they were so busy. We didn't hear anything back. They have a nice selection of cars just make sure you go on a day when they're not busy.

I had a good experience. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. I did not purchase the vehicle I test drive but I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Everyone was so helpful. Mo was a great salesman and the manager, Mike came to introduce himself and offer any help. Other sales persons were glad to help in any way they could as well. Everyone went above and beyond, without being at all pushy. So accommodating.

Dealer couldn't find car when i arrived. Next thing when i asked about the truck a few days later they said it was in the shop for paint front bumper not a good sign to buy
