My first experience with them wasn't great but have since had great communication and appreciate their honesty of buying a cash vehicle and driving it out of state. Shane, the sales mgr. called concerning my plan and discouraged me from doing unless I'd get it checked out by a mechanic and was agreeable to taking the truck to the local dealer. He even volunteered to shuttle the truck there and set up the appointment. It was a pleasure working with them.

Great guys over there, willing to talk with you and work with you. Cars are as is and they’re upfront with you about what they know.

Red flag: this dealership sells vehicles that have been totaled!! Check Carfax before working with them. I’d pay $1000 for a totaled vehicle but definitely not $10k. Dodged a bullet! The person that I spoke to could barely speak well which is ESSENTIAL to selling big ticket items like cars.

The car wasn't in the lot. He told me a friend was using the car and he wasn't sure when he was getting it back. Now the car has more miles that it's being advertise.

Very helpful people

Good prices, but very unprofessional customer service. The entire office was playing loud rap music with extremely vulgar language for customers to listen to while waiting. Customer service reps were wearing sagging jeans as their work attire. I felt like I was on a street corner surrounded by criminal activity.

Horrible experience, guy who claimed to be a manager didn't let me even see the vehicle before he started listing all the fees and right after the list price he adds a over $5,000.00 fee for what he said was the cost of owning a maserati and then added state taxes and other fees. Little did he know I already bought several Maserati's before and have never hear of such a fee. Its a shame someone would try to scam people like this.

Didn’t buy but when I went and spent 2 hours they didn’t seem to know what car I was looking for. Seems like lot has a lot of cars missing parts including one with a windshield. My guess is they buy mostly auction cars that need work.

I didn’t buy this car. The dealership reached out several times. I did buy another car from them. They were the farthest away from home. If Sarah hadn’t kept reaching out I would have gone somewhere else. They were all friendly, helpful, not pushy and made a fair deal.

Sarah has the worst communication. Filled the application and wanted to know over the phone. She makes me fill out again and then next day no response, car is gone. Not even an apology or letting me know car is sold. Thanks a lot.

I'm going with 3 stars because the sales man Armando was very helpful and not pushy, he worked with me and my price point.... the finance guy(the one you sign all papers with) was extremely pushy, rude and wouldn't take a no when I was offered "Add ons". I would go back but I know I'd have to deal with that "final boss" again

I drove 11 hours total to and from the dealership to drive a car that has so many problems. The right side of the car was damage, The brakes was down to the metal and the navigation system did it work. I wish I knew as I ask about all of these issues before I took my time to come purchase this vehicle.
