Used 2011 Ford Taurus SE for Sale Nationwide

About what I expected. Just saw the website, didn't actually talk to humans about the car...

The your choice shop and auction shop are same. I did not know it and went to the shop and he said that they don’t work together and told me to go next door. First when I thought of buying it from auction (it is cheap that time) they guy there told me the cars are not reliable but then he tried selling me the same car with more price and with some dealer warranty. Overall i had a very bad experience and I’m never going there again.

He called me sometime in the evening on a Tuesday and he answered all of the questions I had. He was polite and basically told me all the info I needed and even more. I forgot his name but he was dope asl on jah.

This dealer responded quickly and with all the information I not only requested. but with the info I needed . I have not visited this dealership in person, but with the inline treatment I have received I can not wait till this Saturday 11/28/2020 when I will be shopping with great confidence .

Dealer took a long time to retrieve the car for test drive despite I made an appointment earlier. Didn't purchase at the end so can't judge on the purchasing process.

Dealer said they had the car, then said they didn’t have the key, then said they didn’t have the car and never called me back.

The dealer was fine. The car has some rust, and the mileage was too high. The dealer sold it to another person. Good for the dealer.

Great experience. Sales person William was great. Car was a steal for the price. Small issue but easily fixed. Enjoying the car thoroughly.

After 3 days waiting I contacted them and because I wasn’t an in person shopper I was told they were busy with lot shoppers and would get back yo me later in the day. It was 2 more days and then they didn’t use my on line approval so I was denied the vehicle, but I bought the same vehicle the next day

Contacted this dealer twice for same truck. First time response was quick and good, happy to help, but once I said I wasnt able to make it up that night no response after. Second time quick response, left a voicemail, I called back and asked a couple questions the sales person I was talking to said that he needed to ask for the information I requested and that he would call back right away. Nothing returned in over a week.

I did get a response, however the dealer who contacted me was extremely informal, rude, and Clearly not knowledgeable on basic car loan information like the meaning of “apr”. Just was extremely ridiculous, felt like I was talking to a 15 year old.

I received a phone call the very next day about the car! Even though I didn't move forward on the vehicle, the sales representative was very motivated for me to test drive the car! GREAT JOB!

They contacted me right away. I was busy and by the time I was able to respond to them they messaged me that the vehicle had sold. I would shop with them again if they had the right deal.

I called them because I did not hear from them then someone else contacted me after I spoke to a rude and unpleasant person. The sales person was not helpful at all and kinda shut me off as soon as I told him my financial status. I don't want to deal with them again.

I will never go back to this dealer! They change their pricing when you show them the Car gurus price saying it is and old price. I told them I had pre approval and did not need my credit ran anywhere all they were supposed to do was contact my bank and see what I was approved for and they ran my credit anyway! Thus reducing my score by over 100 points!! These guys are crooks!!

They need to put year price mileage stickers on vehicles, most people don’t need salespeople to look them up one by one, we can read make a decision and move on.
