wont go back! lowball on trades selling a flagged title due to a theft recovery ( found out right here on cargurus)and salesman claimed he didn't know about it not sure if it would be a problem but flagged is flagged! Time wasters all around! Stay away

My experience has mixed feelings, the sales person was great but they could not sell me the vehicle because I have to test drive it first. All I wanted was for them to sell me the car and gave it ship to me but i was told that I have to come see the car first when I live 18 hours away from them.

Penway Automotive was one of the best car dealership experiences I have ever had. Kayla and Kathy were very friendly and knowledgeable. We drove almost 2 hours to get the deal Penway was offering on what will be my son's first truck. Their prices are very good. I still have 1 more son to buy a car for in a couple of years. I will definitely be shopping Penway Automotive again when it comes time for his first car.

Horrible They nee I was coming to look at the car for 2 days. I get there and the battery is completely dead. I wait for an hour as they try to start it. Once it’s on they tell me “the car didn’t turn all the way on”. I have no faith in anything they say

They have no communication and when i ask for info i talked to 3 different sales people and none of them knew why i was calling i inquire about a vehicle i tell the guy so how can we move on i told him i want the car he said fill out an app and we will get back to you today or tomorrow well they run my credit through Experian and then they sell the car i will never try to get a car from this dealer nor recommend it.

I drove 500 miles to purchase this car and it was trash! I was there for over 30 minutes and one salesman asked if I needed any help. I had just called and told them that I was 5 minutes away so that they could have the car ready. It was the worst experience and a 300 dollar wasted trip. My son was very upset and said that he feels like he was catfished. A bait and switch. I would not recommend place. I rate them a ZERO!!!!

Lance was great to work with. We went in search of one car and chose another. The big storm came through and they lost power, but he kept in contact throughout. My son needed to go back to school with his new vehicle. He made sure everything was as in working order and was just great to deal with. Very good experience.
