Used 2008 Chevrolet Avalanche LTZ for Sale near Fort Worth, TX
5 Overall rating
(13 reviews)We bought the LTZ 4X4 with the help of GM incentives. Outstanding truck that rides silky smooth and aims to make long road trips a joy. It's sure footed on and off road, enough power to show off or keep in control, smooth shifting, solid brakes. Hauls and tows stuff while passengers ride in luxury up front. Takes flexfuel as well as regular gas. A truck for all seasons. We love our Avalanche.
Alright so this is one of the biggest things I really want... but it'll never happen. Power, looks, handling, seating, and cargo are the best perks for this truck to have. I think the style is very different compared to the older Avalanche''s but overall its got that modern touch to it instead of the cubed look to it. Fuel is and will be your worse enemy, it'll cost you an easy $75 just to fill it up and mileage isn't that grand. Cargo, actually has alot of space for such a large SUV but considering the seats are able to fold, it actually gives you an extra 3 to 5 feet of room. Price is harsh... and I mean harsh.. a new one will run you an upwards 50 grand, depending on options.. the one I drove was $56,990 (with all options)
Loved this vehicle. Reliable and roomy. Also drove great as in it felt like you were driving on pillows when on the road or even when you drive over bumps in the road. Gas mileage was my only complaints as it only got around 15 in the City. It did OK on the Highway at around 19. It has a huge gas tank (32 gallons) so it was expensive to fill up when gas prices were high. Overall excellent vehicle and I recommend buying one if you have the chance.
Like this truck a lot because every where i went a had people just look at the truck. Black paint job with chrome wheels now that pop out a lot. Plus a lot of people where taken pictures real good.
not alot of power but when u change the engine to a ls 8 u see it all comin out .pretty fast wen u step on the gas really fun to drive off road ... but yea overall really nice thnks
