The 2007 Toyota 4Runner is carried over without any changes from the previous model year. The SUV underwent a thorough redesign for 2006 and is now in its fourth generation. Toyota's midsize SUV is marked by its combination of interior comforts and rugged off-road ability. All 4Runners are built with durable body-on-frame construction. Twelve 4Runner variations are available this year, each featuring a unique engine, drivetrain, and trim line combination. The 4Runner is available in three trim levels: SR5, Limited, and Sport Edition. The the SR5 is the base level here, and it includes automatic climate control, keyless entry, a CD player, trip computer, and power windows/locks/mirrors. V-8 models fall to 17/20 mpg. The 4x4 4Runners equipped with the V6 are rated at 17/21 mpg, and the V8s rate 16/19 mpg.
