Reviewed a 2006 Volkswagen Value Edition on Jun 24, 2008

The discount edition of luxury saloons. The Diesel engine makes it a bit slow at the top but with a good torque. The look of the car is average since it has steel rims, but the chrome trim makes it look quite luxurious. Handling is what you can expect from a such heavy car.

I liked the fact that in three years I've taken it from 94,000 to 184,000 miles and it still handles awesomely. The mileage I get is amazing. I can go between 400 and 450 miles a tank, depending on the amount of freeway driving I do. I think the lowest I ever got was around 375, and that was all l.a. city gridlock driving.
