2005 Honda CR-V test drive
overall
A competent and safe choice for in the compact SUV segment.
Upgrades to the second-generation Honda CR-V are minimal for 2005, except for big improvements in passenger safety and a new trim level. The CR-V is easy to drive, all-weather friendly, and it will keep running and retain its value—just like the Civic sedan that it's based upon.

I have been using this car for 7 years. Exceptional strength steady and does not require expensive maintenance costs, just change the oil every 6 months. All my family members are also very pleased with the car. I am very proud of this car.

This car is awesome! Bought used with 220,000 km. , it now has 280,000 and has run flawlessly! Its very versatile and economical. We towed it to Arizona behind our motor-home and were so glad to have it. And it looks good. I like the older styling much better than the new, gentrified versions. Nothing compares and I wouldnt change a thing.
