Exquisite office space - nice but unusual. Wanted us to complete credit application by hand - strange. Salesperson sarcastic when asked about detailing and put out when we decided no deal. Used car was OK condition - not great.

Did not have the time of day for me at first. After waiting 30 minutes to be seen, I got the "Fast Talking" sales pitch. I own 3 jeeps, and know a thing or two about them and hate to be bamboozled.

After sending a message through CarGurus, dealer responded quickly to inform me that the car I was interested in had "issues" and was no longer available. I appreciate that, considering I bought a "lemon" from a used car dealer in the past. (they knew it, unfortunately an all sales final sale) I appreciate an HONEST dealer.

Did not buy this vehicle. Found the same one for cheaper price just different color. It was from an individual & the car lot could not drop their price to meet the other. Therefore I am buying the other truck. Plus the other one has several miles less. Almost 1000.00 distance. The sales rep was very nice & worked very well with me. Just couldn’t work a the deal.

They were really upfront about some of the flaws that the vehicle has (knowing that I'd be making a bit of a trip to see it) and they sent a ton of pics to give me even more insight. I really appreciate the honesty.

Don’t waste your time with this Dealership. I rate them 1 Star. They were not transparent at all. They Charge you $799 Doc Fee, Dealer Business License, Online Sys FilingFee which to me were garbage add ons. On top of DMV Reg, Title Fee, Title Tax. To all and to my Veteran Brothers and Sisters stay away from these rip-off Artists. - Pissed-Off Disabled Veteran

I did make purchase from dealer. I am happy with Vehicle I purchased. But there was no follow up and also have failed to communicate with me about the second key I was to get. So hopefully this new dealership will correct. The purchase was easy but the follow up and completing promises failed my expectations.
