Cheap to get cheap to keep. Got it with 110K miles, 20k miles after AC, shocks and brakes are in need of replacement or maintenance. Paint is holding as well as the inetrior. is a boring looking car, but it does the job for now.

Family transportation vehicle. A very good car for commuting and comfortable for travelling. The options package was excellent for the time when it was new, but the cd changer being built into the center console limited its storage. Traded in for the Mountaineer.

Performance- acceleration is pretty good. brakes are good and it handles well, especially with good tires Build quality is very good. car has 134,000 miles on it and still runs strong. decent gas mileage. little maintenence needed. car isnt much fun to drive but gets the job done.

This is my first car and i have to say I love it. It has great get up and go. You can really feel the Ford Power when you slam on the gas. It also drives very nicely and turns on a dime. The Ford Taurus is a great car for a first car.

I had the windows tinted on my car last summer to help it look not so much like a grandma's car! Also my car came with the 5 spoke wheels and a spoiler, so that helps the looks too. It's been a great car to me and I just got astro start in it, so that makes it even better. I love my car; it has been very good to me.
