We have been loyal Honda/Acura owners for over 20 years, and two weeks ago we made the leap and bought our first Toyota, and made our first appointment at a Toyota dealership for service. We were greeted by Travis Keyser upon arrival at the service department, and explained to him about this being our first Toyota which he then gave us a tour of the service department and thoroughly explained their operation and Toyota services. Travis was not only extremely genuine and a gentleman, but a true professional. His knowledge and experience in automobile service is far superior to that of any service advisor we've encountered in over the last 20 years. His approach is quite relaxed and there was never any pressure from him to perform any service. Even though there were a few small issues during our first experience, Travis went above and beyond to make it right. He had his service technicians thoroughly look over our vehicle to make sure it was safe for our family to drive. After doing our research and shopping around for a service facility, asking others for recommendations including our service advisor at the Honda dealership, and our first experience with Travis we knew the service department at Haley Toyota was the best for our family. Even more, when we need to sell our vehicle (which is an Acura) we will be buying a Toyota to replace it. Not only did we leave the service department with peace of mind that that our vehicle was properly taken care of and at a good price, but we will be returning in the future for all our service needs.
