Used 1997 Mercury Mountaineer for Sale near Canton, GA

Nothing did I dislike about this vehicle. I have owned it since 1999. I have never had to do any major work on it. I always kept up with scheduled maintainence. It has been an excellent vehicle and I would drive it anywhere right now.

I bought my 1997 Mountaineer used and it had a lot of problems because of previous mechanics. My husband is a mechanic and the truck is like brand new now and looks just as new. People get out of its way. Love it

I Love this truck. Yes, I call it a truck. It acts like a truck and performs like one. Would never not own one! I cannot drive a car anymore, terrified of cars now. I sit just at the right height. Easy to get in and out of even with having back surgery. I cannot say enough of this vehicle. I will own one probably for the rest of my life.

saved my life, built like a tank and enough tourqe 2 turn the world. horid gas mileage but, so reliable that you know that as long as u have gas in the tank youll make it to were you want to go.

Bought it used with 21K miles. Now has 162K miles and no major problems. Only fairly major problem was having to have the Heat/AC distribution box assembly replaced. Since it had 150K+ miles on it at the time, I also had the heater core replaced at the same time. Total cost $1K.
