The 1995 Dodge Stratus is a family sedan with some punch. With two trim packages available, the base and the ES, the Stratus has a little something for everyone. The 1995 Dodge Stratus comes with a standard 5 speed manual transmission, with a 4 speed automatic as an option on both models. The engine options are a 131 hp 4 cylinder, or a 162 hp V6, both of which can bring forth some speed and acceleration, especially in conjunction with a manual transmission. The 1995 Dodge Stratus certainly isn't a sports car, but it can move fairly well for a sedan.
On the inside of the 1995 Dodge Stratus is a good-sized, comfortable sedan, ready to take you and your family or friends anywhere with a trunk full of victuals. Air conditioning, cruise control and a cassette player all come standard in the 1995 Dodge Stratus. Also, the cargo room in the 1995 Dodge Stratus is more than it might appear on first glance, because the rear end is slightly higher than it would be normally.
Owners of the 1995 Dodge Stratus generally like the car. They are the first to admit that it is not the most high quality vehicle in terms of interior features, but it is a good, solid, family car with few major problems. More than one owner was very impressed with the amount of space the 1995 Dodge Stratus had, both in the passenger compartment and in cargo space. The 1995 is a good, practical car with a little bit of zip under the hood.

(12 reviews)In Europe, this car is sold unter the make Chrysler. It's a great car with much space, well equipped, pleasant to drive with enough power in the 2.5 version. Never had any problems with it.
good car, not bad on gas, really need to keep up to date with the maintance. for a 2.5l v6 it moved really well, repairs can be fairly costly as alot of its problems are difficult to fix, very nice handling and suspension.
As a licenced technician i'm quite impressed with the overall performance and looks of this car. I have owned it for about a year and only had a few minor problems with it.
1995 Stratus that I've had since 2004. Has the 2.5L V6 with 65000 miles. A good, reliable car that looks pretty decent and is fun to drive.
The stratus is not a bad looking car overall but you can not judge a book by it's cover....The car handles great but lacks the power to actually take the car through the whole corner, and if i half too jack the car up and take the tire off one more time, just too change or clean the terminals in the freezing cold.....i just might scrap it.So far i have not sunk much $ into it but i do all the work my self and time is money!
