The performance is not so good, 114hp. The quality is very good, It's a Toyota. With biger wheels it looks OK. The gas mileage is not the best, 15 l100 km. It is realy fun to go off-road with it.

i love the fact that everyone talks down on the hilux but my beast went EVERYWHERE!!! it never misses a beat and if it wasnt so gutless i would keep it. it is not so great on fuel but fill it up with bp fuel and it lasts alot longer, this car is great to drive just has no power.

Another great 4x4 from Toyotas best days. Before they stopped building work trucks and made boulevard cruisers instead. Basic, solid and reliable mine was lifted and modified. Unique and popular. fairly good on gas easy to live with. would have another one in an instant. Needs some modifications to be perfect but don't they all?
