at 22 years old, 730k on the clock, 2nd eng fitted at 710k factory 5 sp "s" pack on duel fuel, has excellent economy on the big trips and average around town. This has been a great reliable car that for its age and Ks really has been a very cheap vehicle to maintain. It is great car for a varied range of jobs from the daily school run to a spur of the moment trip anywhere in Australia. With that said, it does require regular maintinace to ensure many more years use. None the less it still is gettin on in years so if driven harshly, can secumb to regular break downs as all older vehicle do. As old as it is, bring me your FG in 22 years with 700+ Ks and see how its goin! Built Ford tough by Australians!
